Return & Shipping Policy

At Stella & Rue, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason it doesn’t work out, we are happy to offer returns for a full refund, store credit, or exchange within 7 days of delivery.

Please review our policy below:

• Return Window - Returns must be initiated and received within 7 days of delivery.

• Customer Responsibility - All return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.

• Condition of Items - Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags still attached. If item is not in original condition it will be shipped back to customer and a refund will not be issued.

• Late Returns - Any items received after 7 days will be sent back to the customer, and a refund will not be issued.
